  Henry County PowderCoat was established in October 2004 as a division of MRT Collision & Refinish located in the new industrial park in Galva, Illinois. Operating in a new five thousand sq. ft. building, HCPC comes equipped with heavy material handling equipment such as a five thousand lb Outdoor forklift and a one ton 12 ft tall jib crane.

We can powder coat or liquid paint almost any material up to 1500 lbs. Plus, we have recently expanded our oven to 18 ft in length to accommodate a better diversity of industrial parts.

As for quality control we use a 5 stage pre-clean and phosphate wash for adhesion as well as incorporate the use of routine mil thickness tests and mek rubs to help with our customers ISO requirements.

HCPC uses powder from a variety of makers. If we don’t have your color or formulation, we can order many overnight from Midwest warehouses. 

Per certain specifications, we can even deliver your completed parts. (Must meet minimum quantity requirements to qualify for delivery.)

MRT Collision & Refinish is a quality body shop that provides frame service, in house paint mixing and computerized estimates. We also take on limited restoration projects.
